Balearketing, the first digital marketing magazine in the Balearic islands.
This new project led by Alberto Serra and Xisca Cabot, two industry professionals from different professional backgrounds, focuses on agencies, professionals and brands of the Balearic islands.
On the 12th of November Balearketing.com was launched as a platform for all the creative potential in the region and to serve as a networking point between brands and professionals.
This online magazine, published fortnightly, will consist of articles focusing on particular agencies and local studies of markets throughout the region, which will be the star cover. Brands and media will be analyzed and there will be interviews with professionals. The space of opinion will analyze from another point of view issues related to the sector. It will also feature in-depth reports on topics, techniques or events that may be of interest to readers. The main section will notify readers about the latest industry trends such as campaigns, advertising, social media, etc., providing resources and interesting information for the sector on a day to day basis.
The first issue starred Design by Atlas, the most successful design studio in Spain and works with a very international outlook from the center of Palma. Balearketing has also analyzed the work of Sonrisa Médica in regards to their fundraising and success achieved with their 20th anniversary, which won an award at the Publifestival. Bestard, a world leader in its sector; Youthing, the Mallorcan entertainment guide; Nuria Barahona, a professor from CESAG specializing in creative advertising and Gonzalo Adam, a director from IBES are among those who contribute content to this online magazine. The opinion column has been signed by Jordi Cubain, dean of the Col·legi de Publicitaris i RRPP de les Illes Balears.
