Restaurant Bruselas will surprise you with an attractive and varied gastronomy offer. Their specialisation is grilled meat, cooked on coal embers. For this, they offer meat and cuts’ premium quality.
You will be able to enjoy their star dishes, as well, such as the gourmet hamburguers, house-elaborated with premium meat, or the well-known steak tartar, traditionally prepared with lamb meat which is cut with a knife.
You will also find excellent entrées, aperitifs, fish and fowl dishes, as well as pasta and more than 100 wine varieties, among which Mallorca’s wines and the Argentinian Malbec are some of the most attractive.
The history of Bruselas Restaurant
The Restaurant Bruselas is located in a typical Mallorcan house dating from the year 1400, which has four rooms. In the past, they were used as horse stalls, water storage depots and oil storage cells.
During the second half of the 20th century, the Restaurant Bruselas was a piano-bar where pianists such as Tete Montoliu played and it was also a meeting point for musicians and intellectuals of that time.
At the end of 2002, the restaurant reopened as a steakhouse and it was decided that it should retain the name, in recognition of the symbol it had been for more than 50 years.
