Bodega Biniagual

The Biniagual finca and bodega are the foundations of a family-run operation that has been cultivating vines on traditional vine-growing soil since 1999 and producing wine since 2002. The primary goal of their wines is uncompromising quality and care, from the handling of the grapes to the bottling of the finished wine.

Because of their many years’ experience, the staff are well-schooled in all aspects of viniculture. These wine experts know exactly what level of quality is expected, not only in the vineyards but also in the bodega. Bodega Biniagual aims for uncompromising quality with hand-picked grapes.

Olive Oil

In addition to high-quality wines, Bodega Biniagual also produces premium quality olive oil.

As with the wine, they place a lot of importance on the quality of the fruit in the production of their olive oil. During the harvest, Arbequina olives are combed by hand from the trees and immediately cold-pressed to retain all of their valuable ingredients. This olive oil is obtained directly from the olives and solely by mechanical means and is not altered by a thermal process, which gives the oil the right to bear the “extra native“ designation – the highest quality seal for olive oil.
