- One day home staging: If time is short and you need to get your place whipped into fabulous shape quickly, this is the solution for you. from 299 € + IVA.
- Room redesign: Covering such things as the colour scheme, flooring, furniture placement, window treatments of one room. From 99 € + IVA.
- Photograph consultations: Email four photos of the room, taken from each corner, and explain what your goal is for that room. An appointment will then be made to discuss in detail the recommendations.40 € + IVA per room.
- Vacant staging: Furnished homes sell faster than empty homes because it shows the lifestyle aspect of a house. Add furniture, artwork, and accessories you may have through rented and affordable furniture. Cost on application.
- Shopping consultations: A personal shopping service to help you source and navigate Mallorca´s home design stores easier and with a Spanish speaker. From 50 € + IVA per hour OR 350 € + IVA per day.

Kristin Dennewell, owner of Mallorca Home Staging, was born and raised in Minneapolis, USA, and has lived in the South of France, Madrid, Namibia and Miami. She has now settled with her family in Andratx.
