Susanne became a Personal Trainer after several Championships in Fitness, and being the first woman to represent Spainin a World Master Championship in Body Fitness at an age of 41. Bringing home a 3^rd place for Spain.

After taking several fitness diplomas in a large variety of training areas, such as Spinning, Fitball , Weights, Youth Training, Running Coach, TRX suspension and Life & Business Coach, she decided to help people to reach their goal..To get fit!  Also Bodyassesment with Body Compostion Analyzer Tanita is part of her equipment to help you get results. Full guidance can also be offerd regarding diet and weight control.
