Simply Fosh restaurant offers a more casual, stripped down and pocket-friendly version of Marc Fosh’s extraordinary Mediterranean cuisine.
Simplified it may be, but it is still very glamorous and a perfect location to eat in Palma. Simply Fosh is located in the stylish Refectori of the 17th century Hotel Convent de la Missio in the old town of Palma with a modern interior of black-and-white, pale wood floors, and a cascading wall of water. The Art Gallery Room is a stunning location for private events and can seat up to 70 people. It can be used for lunches, dinners, receptions and cocktail parties as well as for business meetings.

An example of a lunch menu at Simply Fosh:
- Starters: Marinated salmon with lime, dill & mango-cucumber salad, or cream of potato soup with bacon, mushrooms and croutons, or Mallorcan trampo salad with prawns, and saffron aioli.
- Mains: 12-hour Lamb with creamy parmesan-thyme polenta, or Sea bream “a la Mallorquina” with potato-olive oil emulsion, or Rigatoni with courgettes, tomatoes & mascarpone.
- Dessert: Vanilla pannacotta with red fruits and pistachio, or almond tart with pear and white chocolate ice cream, or fresh fruit salad with lemon-grass tea and coconut sorbet.
