Es Verger lies in a charming location in the Tramuntana, not far from the village of Esporles. Committed to organic agriculture, winemaking is an affair of the heart for the Fullana family. Their dedication to their daily work in the vineyards is an important part of their philosophy of life. Sensitivity in dealing with the vines is one of the highest qualities for a winegrower.

Vineyards require perfect timing, the best technology and excellent observational skills, combined with a lot of experience. Es Verger has it all. And thanks to the many years of cooperation with the friendly associated organic winery Can Majoral and its founder Andreu Oliver, they will be constantly improving. Just as in the vineyard, the wine-making process is also carried out naturally.
The owners see themselves as conservative winemakers, also highlighted by the long wine-ageing in barrels. The Els Rojals needs six months of special maturing in oak barrels and the Ses Marjades at least 12 months for pure quality.
Pinot Noir 2012
100% Pinot Noir.
The elegant ruby colour of this wine meets the glass. The nose is fascinating. Ripe red berries, black cherry, and a little vanilla complete the mineral tones of this Pinot Noir. A sensual effect spoils the palate, with subtle elegance and perfect tannins. Aftertaste is almost perfect.

Ses Marjades 2010
Manto Negro & Cabernet Sauvignon.
The result of a good winemaking is visible in the glass. Glittering bright cherry colours combine with a purple rim. The scent is a panorama from the Tramuntana with ripe berries, cocoa, vanilla, and herbal notes. On the palate it convinces us with an amazing mixture of fruit and barrel. The long finish is a real joy.
