About Galería Veintinueve
Situated in Palma’s old town, steps away from the Borne on exclusive Carrer de Can Puigdorfila, Galería Veintinueve is a space where art and design combine with flair and innovation. Director Ana Quintas and team have created an independent, alternative gallery-come-showroom which presents the pick of contemporary artists and furniture designers from around the world.
In addition, the art and design aficionado realises interior design projects for a selection of discerning clientele wishing for something beyond the ordinary.
The aim of Galería Veintinueve is to share visionary and artistic experiences, and, to this end, it holds a constant stream of inspiring exhibitions. The gallery treasures both well-known and emerging artists, recognising talent in the new and established alike.
The work of the following artists may be discovered at Galería Veintinueve, amongst others: Carmen Cañadas, Steve Afif, Manolo Ballesteros, Miguel Macaya, Lídia Masllorens, Sair García, Edgar Plans and Dominica Sánchez.
Stand-out original pieces of furniture at Galería Veintinueve fuse art and design in a successful, interesting way. Seating, tables and lighting solutions feature from the following 20th century designers: Garouste & Bonetti, Gabriella Crespi, Luciano Frigerio, Willy Rizzo, Alain Richard, Gino Sarfatti, Mathiew Matégot, Gio Ponti and George Pellletier, among others.
There is also a wealth of quirky and elegant decorative items to discover, perfect for dressing the more urbane home.
