Nobility once owned this substantial 15th century estate, named after the wealthy Julia family. The handsome manor house opened as a hotel in 2006, amid verdant 300-year-old gardens begging to be explored and enjoyed. It’s easy to forget that it’s just a ten-minute drive from the airport: although there’s a highway on one side of the property, the hotel overlooks peaceful open countryside.
