According to the Knight Frank Lifestyle Report 2013, Mallorca was scored as the second best place to live.
The report considers favourable tax locations and lifestyle factors. Topping the list is the luxurious city of Dubai, coming first in three out of the four categories: education, climate, leisure pursuits and availability of top quality restaurants.
Mallorca had great scorings in the ‘proximity to an airport’ category, ‘international schools’ and the bizarre category ‘cheap milk’, too (‘dead cheap’ in Palma de Mallorca, according to Knight Frank’s report).
Mallorca shared the second place on the list with the Cayman Islands and Geneva.
