The Biniagual finca and bodega are the foundations for a family-run operation that has been cultivating wine on traditional wine-growing soil since 1999 and also producing wine since 2002. The primary goal of our wines is uncompromising quality and the most careful handling of the grapes right down to the bottling of the finished wine- in a word, we make wine that we also love to drink ourselves.

For the work in the vineyards and in the bodega we have a highly-motivated team of both local and foreign workers. Our staff have all been with us right from the start and all share the Biniagual vision.

Thanks to their long year of experience, our staff are well schooled in all aspects of viniculture: these wine experts know exactly what level of quality is expected not only in the vineyards but also in the bodega.
