Tirso Tapas, situated in a sensational location right in the heart of Palma’s beautiful Calle Union street, the dining style, like the island, is simple and uncomplicated – offering meats and seafood from Mallorca’s very best producers – a perfect match to their carefully selected wine list.
With an emphasis on excellent produce and an efficient and friendly service, the adjoining bar is the perfect spot for pre- or post lunch and dinner drinks, or a more relaxed dining experience.
Chef Carlos Abad Landeras
Carlos Abad Landeras is one of Europe’s most prominent and exciting chefs. As head chef in several of Europe’s leading Michelin Star restaurants, he now concentrates on his own restaurant in the centre of Palma de Mallorca.
Carlos’ career in hospitality began at a restaurant in Barcelona, where he later became head chef. In 1995, he moved to another Michelin Star restaurant.
Carlos then opened Tirso Tapas Restaurante in January 2015 with his business partner Rafaela, with the intention of establishing one of Palma’s finest restaurants. Now, Tirso Tapas enjoys an overwhelming success as one of Palma’s top new restaurants.
