You don’t have to be a hotel guest to dine in this stylish contemporary fine-dining restaurant, at the elegant 5-star Son Brull Hotel & Spa (a member of Relais & Châteaux).
The restaurant’s splendid theatrical setting and atmospheric lighting add romance to the location. In fine weather, you can sit under the stars on the peaceful candlelit terrace, enjoying the scenic rural surroundings of the valley.
Head chef Rafel Perello’s creative cuisine has its roots in authenticity and simplicity, and uses organic vegetables and fruit – mostly grown on the estate’s 40-acre certified organic farm. The menu changes seasonally, with a choice of plates for each course.
365 Son Brull offers an informal lunchtime menu which includes salads, tartars and carpaccios, soup, sandwiches, pasta and rice dishes, and meat and fresh fish from the Bay of Pollensa dishes cooked on the grill.
Dinner is definitely a fine-dining experience, with a choice of menus. The small but tempting à la carte menu may include dishes such as cod with ‘pil pil’ sauce, pigeon with spicy rice and black chanterelles, or roast lamb from Pollensa (for two). Or enjoy one of the two tasting menus (five and six courses).
There is also a vegetarian menu available.
365 Son Brull is closed until February 10, 2017.
