Our mission to present you with the largest selection of top restaurants has shown us how important it is to produce this guide regularly, as the restaurant landscape is constantly evolving.
Selecting the best restaurants is of course subjective. A restaurant you consider to be excellent, another person may not. We have made a tremendous effort to present you with a credible list that’s tried and tested, and provide a good mix of recommendations to suit all budgets, tastes, styles, and locations. You will find his article insightful, honest, and full of great tips to help you enjoy the very best wines produced on Mallorca.
We feature the new wave of chefs who are making their name on the island, and also explore the new trend of not only shopping at the food markets of Santa Catalina and Olivar, but of dining there also.
