Palma’s Auditorium is located along Avenida Gabriel Roca, the official name for the waterfront promenade Paseo Maritimo. A wide variety of international performing artists consider it an essential stop on their worldwide tours. Marc Ferragut (1901-1981) was the visionary behind creating Palma’s Auditorium and since its inauguration, the auditorium has hosted some 15,000 shows in fifty years.

The annual calendar of events includes productions of hit Broadway musicals, classical music concerts, timeless ballets, chart topping pop stars, comedians and high quality theatre. There are also family-friendly shows, including seasonal musicals at Christmas. The Auditorium is often an important venue during festivals, such as Jazz Voyeur Festival in November.
The performing arts and convention centre was built in 1969 and has a total of nine rooms. The theatres, Sala Magna and Sala Mozart, were specifically equipped and designed for optimal visibility and sound for theatrical productions.
In addition to the quality of the theatre, the auditorium also has an elegant bar with views overlooking the Bay of Palma. Combine a show with a stroll along the Paseo Marítimo and a meal at one of its excellent marina restaurants.
