The gourmet scene on Mallorca is more exciting than ever. We visited two hotel restaurants that are raising the bar: the exquisite tapas restaurant with stunning sunset views, Es Fanals by Javier Soriano at the Jumeirah in Port de Sóller, and La Pérgola at Hotel El Coto in Colònia de Sant Jordi, which offers an exceptional dining experience – both truly must visits.
