06/08/2018 At 11 years old, founder, Mandy Fletling, just knew she wanted to live on Mallorca. It was while on holiday visiting family, that she fell in love with the island of blue skies. After studying business in Barcelona, it didn’t take long for this mountain-loving German to hop over to the Balearics.
She gained experience with a real estate agency for seven years, before setting up her own company with her Mexican marketer husband, Claudio Martinez, in 2012. Living Blue is currently made up of an international team who share Mandy’s deep love of the island. With exposed stone walls and rural chic decor, their offices in Alarò and Santa Maria del Camí transmit the Mediterranean vibe they champion.
As well as their property sales and rental listings, they also offer a personal property finder services. “We strive to find what our clients are really after, without the sightseeing,” Mandy says.
