A new Italian delight has arrived in Mallorca – you can find tigelle, a classic round Modenese bread, tucked away in Calle de La Missió at bar-and-bakery Budoch.
Opened in June by Italian couple Franco and Katia, Budoch combines Italian baked goods, cured meats and cheese like spek and taleggio with local classics jamón and sobrasada
Open all day weekdays, Friday evening is the best time to visit to enjoy their buffet-style Italian aperitivo.
