The first Cappuccino hotel is scheduled to open next year.
The design and architecture for this long-awaited project – the Mallorcan hospitality group acquired premises in 2013 – is being done by the renowned designer Jacques Grange in collaboration with London-based landscaper Jonathan Bell, who is currently working on the patio, swimming pool and façade.
Palma City Council granted a building permit for the conversion of the historic building in Plaça de Cort in 2014. Expectations are that Hotel Cappuccino will exhibit all the attention to detail that the café chain is known for.
