About Carrossa Hotel and Spa Villas

The haute cuisine of the Hotel Carrossa Spa and Villas namesake restaurant is a fusion of famous Mediterranean ingredients with Asian flavours. Michelin restaurant trained, veteran Chef Nicholas Gomez has worked in the world’s top restaurants and concocts fresh seafood delicacies such as salmon confit with pea puree, potato, cucumber, preserved lemon and dill salad which are served on the beautiful panoramic terrace overlooking the Bay of Alcudia. The sommelier offers an extensive wine list and pairing suggestions.
Open all day, Bistro Badia serves international bistro fare on the terrace of Hotel Carrossa Spa and Villas’s more casual eatery. The Latin American influenced menu include an array of salads, tacos, burgers, ceviches, tapas favourites, and a local fresh seafood “catch of the day”.
If you are looking for a creative cocktail, the mixologist in the contemporary bar of Hotel Carrossa Spa and Villas will make you a refreshing aperitif or nightcap.
