Quadrat Restaurant & Garden
The famous and recognized Quadrat Restaurant & Garden is pleased to announce that the captaincy of this superb dining establishment has been passed over to Alvar Albaladejo, the new Executive Chef of the hotel. Alvar hails from Barcelona where he successfully opened the Almanac Hotel after working for five years at the five-star Jumeirah Port Sóller Hotel & Spa.

Sant Francesc Rooftop
Other news, hot off the press from Sant Francesc Hotel, is that their beautiful Rooftop Bar has a new, well-known, Mallorcan chef taking the reins. The sushi concept has been replaced by a “pop-up” style food & drink new concept designed by Chef María Solivellas which will be available from mid-May until October 2019. María is the owner and Head Chef of Restaurante Ca Na Toneta and will be bringing traditional Mallorcan ‘cocas’ (the island´s lesser known version of pizza) to Palma. Her ‘cocas’ are made with `xeixa flour´, olive oil and topped only with fresh and seasonal local produce, following traditional recipes. The Rooftop terrace at Sant Francesc will be the ultimate place to while away balmy summer evenings, while you sip on delicious cocktails, sample local wines and indulge with Maria’s specially curated menu.
All these exciting changes at will enhance any stay at this stunning hotel and will be a refreshing addition to the gastronomic scene in Palma. The rooftop will be open every evening between 7pm – 11pm from mid May – October. For reservations please email.
