English/Australian chef Piers Dawson worked for top London business Alison Price & Company for 10 years before moving to Sóller in 2014 with his wife Holly and one-year-old son Charlie. He offers a successful bespoke private chef service year-round on Mallorca, and runs one-night off-season Charlie’s Kitchen pop-ups – an exciting addition to the local dining-out scene that was enthusiastically received at the first eight-course dinner.
Piers and Holly (the other half of the team) offer exquisite gastronomy, a wonderful setting, attention to detail, and thorough professionalism – whether for private or pop-up events. Both food and table look divine, with presentation elements including wood, stone, wildflowers, candles, and even old picture frames!
Piers has cooked for numerous VIPs and internationally-known names, around the world, but his main love is cooking beautiful food in relaxed intimate environments. Holly – planner and organiser – is first point of contact for clients, and charming event hostess to ensure everything runs smoothly.
The private chef three-course dinner for up to eight people is 850€ (fully inclusive, but with an additional 50€ for locations outside the Sóller valley). Piers’ 8-10-course tasting menu costs 140€ pp for up to 8 people; 85€ per additional diner.
