About The Galley Club
The Galley Club offers a wide range of cooking courses and high-standard training for serious and enthusiastic cooks in Palma. Katy Rosales – a Spanish cook who has been working around the world for many years – decided to open this club back in 2007. Cooking and sailing are her passions and she has combined them at The Galley Club.
Katy is an expert when it comes to teaching international cuisine and service skills for luxury yachts. But besides the yacht-service, Katy offers entertaining cooking lessons.
At The Galley Club, the necessary ingredients and materials are provided by Katy, who will also send you home with 6-8 recipes.

Prices for cookery courses
A workshop at The Galley Club costs 50 euros and includes three hours of authentic fun. You can also have a unique experience, taking the four-hour workshop, including an excursion to Santa Catalina Market, where you will learn how to choose fish before cooking it. (This workshop costs 75 euros).
