About Estudio Reynés
The roots of this architectural studio took hold in the late 19th century, when architect Guillem Reynés Font lent his expertise to collaborations with the likes of Gaudí and Rubió, and worked on reforms of La Seu and the Monastery of Lluc.
Subsequent generations of the Reynés family continue to uphold the torch of architectural excellence.
Together this strong team adapts to current demands and embraces sustainability while keeping the company’s hallmark: innovative projects, with Mediterranean soul.
What Estudio Reynés offers
Over the decades this Palma-based company has evolved to meet the needs of its clientele, which include not only Spanish and international private investors, but also public sector organisations and government.
Estudio Reynés welcomes consultations to help customers learn more about what it can do for them. In addition to design, building, reform and integral rehabilitation projects, this well-established studio carries out whole or part project management, being fully adaptable to clients’ wishes.
The basis of all projects is thorough understanding of the way of life and expectations of a building’s future owners, in order to create an environment fully reflective of their personality and tastes.
You can rely on Estudio Reynés to take care of everything from feasibility studies, real estate valuations and assessments, to the securing of energy efficiency certificates, habitation licences, IEEs and legalization documents.
Besides both building and renovating a number of outstanding residential homes, the Reynés team has also been involved in the reform of several landmark addresses around Palma city.
These include the emblematic 1930s Gaspar Bennàssar-designed Can Mir, the ornate El Águila building situated on Carrer de Colom – another Bennàssar design – and the distinctive Can Espanya, located right next to Palma’s cathedral.
A number of important civic projects have also been completed, including large-scale school facilities such as Palma’s Lycée Français and an extension of CESAG, the first university of the Balearic Islands.
