The ambitious new Mallorca venture FAN Mallorca Shopping opens on Thursday 22nd September 2016. The state-of-the-art leisure and commercial centre is currently the largest real-estate project developed by the Carrefour Group in Europe.
Visitors can shop at major-name stores including Primark, Media Markt, H&M and C&A at the extensive Coll d’en Rabassa site – which also has a multi-screen Artesiete cinema.
Italian clothing company Guess, skate-culture brand Vans, famous Danish jewellery manufacturer Pandora, known for its charms, Havaianas, the Brazilian flip flop and beach accessories brand and 7camicie, a specialist Italian shirtmaker were amongst the early shops to be confirmed. They were later joined by Italian legwear and beachwear brand Calzedonia, Women’s Secret, Adidas and Decathlon, amongst many others.
Likewise, the shopping centre has also welcomed the South Korean technology and electronics leader Samsung, as well as the popular chain specialising in consoles, accessories and books, Game.
Culinary offerings include UDON, which specialises in noodles and traditional Japanese cuisine; Ché!! Restaurant, the Argentine expert in meats and roasts, and American Loft, the US food specialist. There is also a VIPS – the hugely popular Spanish restaurant chain – plus a Starbucks.
With a total investment of 190 million euros, the venture houses a total of 120 stores. Along with the cinema complex and eateries, it has created 1500 direct jobs.
