Picked by US firm Concierge Auctions to appear on its list alongside a premier selection of some of the world’s most desirable homes, the 200-year-old Puigpunyent estate was on the market for €12.5 M.
The first property in Europe to be chosen for a live auction by Concierge Auctions, the move is indicative of the growing perception of Mallorca as one of the most coveted places to purchase a home in the Med.
