On 31st August, Purobeach in Palma will open its kitchen doors to an evening of delicious cuisine and gastronomic delights. In preparation for this cosmopolitan evening, Purobeach has considered every aspect of its foodie evening. They invite their guests to join them in eating and celebrating soul-satisfying food.
Their fixed menu includes nine dishes from seven different countries with a complimentary Coronita and surprise cocktail too. Start with cheese bread with creamy herb butter from Brazil, then mixed sashimi from Japan to foie and potato foam meatballs from Spain (not forgetting a few trips to Italy, Korea and Taiwan in between).
Enjoy all this with a sea view for 65 euros per person or 55 euros for a restaurant table. A portion of the proceeds will to go to the Sa Galera Foundation which is celebrating 4000 years of island history. Places are limited and will sell fast, so booking as soon as possible is advised.
Foodies Night belongs to a set of summer events by Purobeach, and is anticipated to be a night of fun, sophistication and above all, a celebration of very good food.
