Hotel Ca’n Bonico is a 13th-century mansion that stands in the heart of the historic southerly village of Ses Salines. The current owners are direct descendants of the knight who was the very first owner, when it was gifted to him as a reward for his loyalty to King Jaime I.
Restaurant Ca’n Bonico offers a wide range of traditional Mallorcan and international dishes, making the most of seasonal produce. You will also come across some less common combinations on their menu, as the kitchen uses its culinary creativity to surprise diners.
There are 28 beautiful rooms and suites that have been decorated in a minimalist style. When the property was renovated they paid particular attention to preserving as much of the original architecture as possible.
Of particular interest is the hotel’s library that is now housed in the tower, which was used as a prison many years ago.
During February and March the hotel offers guests several walking excursions around their estate.
