The Jumeirah Port Soller Hotel & Spa ended its season on a culinary high note at the beginning of November, with the final edition of the Guest Chef Series, a unique gastronomic event that brought together five of Mallorca’s top chefs for a special five-course tasting menu.
Javier Soriano, executive chef of the Jumeirah Port Soller Hotel & Spa, Jesús Pérez, from Nuru Restaurant, Abraham Artigas, of Ponderosa Beach, María Salinas, from María Salinas restaurant, and Jonay Hernández, of Flor de Sal demonstrated their exceptionally creative culinary skills, each curating one of the five courses, along with a wine pairing from notable European wineries.
In total, 60 guests were in attendance for the event which began at Jumeirah’s Cap Roig restaurant with a wine tasting followed by the tasting dinner.
