Cosmopolitan Santa Catalina is an area of Palma where you can find cuisine from around the world. This small friendly restaurant serves tasty Thai and Asian food, offering a menu that changes regularly and is inspired by products from Santa Catalina’s colourful and interesting indoor market, just a few steps away.
Spanish, English and German
Abel Denhard and Mika Drouin run the kitchen, carefully creating well-balanced – and attractively presented – dishes that burst with Asian influences and ingredients.
Starters might include a Thai salad of beef (Black Aberdeen Angus), or medallions of monkfish with sesame, pistachio, honey, wasabi and chili marmalade. Main course dishes might include a green Thai curry with prawns, chicken, lychees and vegetables. They always offer a Noodles Koh dish, which changes according to the available ingredients.
At the back of the restaurant is a small courtyard for alfresco dining, surrounded by the herbs grown for the kitchen. If you want to sit here, best to book your table early.
Fans of this tasty authentic cuisine can accompany their meal with one of Koh’s selection of well-chilled Asian beers, or a wine from their small list.
