Founded in 2012, Living Blue is a boutique real estate agency catering to property sales, purchases, and long-term rentals island-wide. Led by owners, Mandy Fletling, who has been working in real estate since 2004, and her husband, Claudio, Living Blue has a dynamic team of real estate specialists coming from around the world, who offer a professional and personal service to their international clientele.
Captivated by the charm of the rural village of Alaró, owners, Mandy and Claudio, chose this area for their home and soon established their offices here and in neighbouring Santa Maria. As such, Living Blue has an insider’s knowledge about this tranquil, central region of Mallorca that also includes Binissalem, Consell, Bunyola, and other nearby villages, and many of their featured inventory consists of luxury country estates, renovated fincas, and townhouses. But they have a vast, island-wide network that taps into properties across the island.

In addition to their property sales and rental listings, Living Blue offers a personal property finder that utilises their network of private and commercial contacts to help clients find their dream property. They understand they clients might not see something in the online listings that fits all their needs, and Living Blue works with many private clients who prefer to not have their property advertised, so it is always recommended to contact the office to set up an appointment.
