The Spanish fashion brand Massimo Dutti has just opened in Palma a new store to welcome its collections ‘Boys & Girls’ for the youngest customers. Located in the middle of the ‘Golden Mile’ on the Paseo del Borne, it is a high-tech and innovative point of sale, merging the physical store and the e-shop.
The space works like a little showroom with a selection of the collection. The consumer has the opportunity to extend and preview the whole collection in-situ and online thanks to the magic mirror. Thanks to the RFID technology, these mirrors work like big screens, suggesting looks, zooming in on details and materials or they can scan the piece by simply holding it closer to the mirror. While Shopping, the customer can proceed with the i-pods, choosing the payment mode and delivery point: in the store it will be ready in less than one hour or to another address on the island it will arrive the next day.
