Following on from their renovation three years ago, the Melbeach Hotel & Spa hotel in Canyamel has now reopened its restaurant with a new concept, chef and style.
“Restaurante Melassa”, headed by chef David Moreno, who worked in Michelin Star Restaurant Andreu Genestra before, will source fresh Spanish and regional products to produce gourmet dishes all day until closing time at 22:30, for adults only.
The style will be a creative take of the Mediterranean’s culinary tradition and is complemented by fantastic views of the sea.
