The Palacio de Congresos hotel, the Meliá Palma Bay, opened doors to its first guests at the beginning of April while work continued on the rest of the centre on the waterfront.

Gabriel Escarrer, vicepresident and CEO of Meliá Hotels International, welcomed the guests, a family of three who got to cut the inaugural ribbon at the entrance, on Monday the 3rd of April.
The hotel has 268 rooms overlooking the seafront as well as meeting rooms, a solarium, a SPA, a VIP lounge, the all-day dining restaurant Trasluz and a panoramic pool with views of the bay.
