The publishers of the ‘Guía Michelin de España y Portugal’ launched the 2019 edition of their famous red book, at a ceremony in Lisbon on November 21st.
There were no new winners this year, and with the closing of Michelin-starred Bou and Argos restaurants, there remain seven restaurants on Mallorca who share a total of eight Michelin stars for 2019.
Zaranda – owned by chef Fernando Pérez Arellano and located in the 5-star Castell Son Claret hotel in Es Capdellà – repeated his success of 2016, 2017 and 2018 and retained two Michelin stars for 2019.
