Miquel Aparici is a multidisciplinary artist trained in graphic design who has a very personal artistic vision. Sybilla store in collaboration with Gallery Red presented a total of 32 conversation-starting sculptures representing the ingenious work of the artist, who is current art director of the magazine El Jueves, in a special exhibition evening.

Miquel Aparici sculptures are striking assemblages made from recycled objects such as obsolete iron and wood. They reflect a wide variety of animals from small birds to a whale, a dog and a lifesize cheetah, fish tanks, secret books and other unique pieces. The artist was present at the sociable event, his works were spread throughout the store located in Carrer Sant Feliu for the pleasure of guests, who viewed the collection accompanied by finger food provided by the new Scandinavian restaurant Wilson’s, and a choice of beverages, including organic wine from Can Feliu Wine Cellar, Pep Lemon and “Salada” beer.
