About Mos Espai Gastronòmic
Opened in 2016, this space devoted to gastronomy encompasses a unique concept. Not only is Mos a place where you can source hard-to-find food and drink products, it is THE place to get rare and quality meats in Palma.
Alongside the well-stocked charcuterie and delicatessen, Mos runs cooking classes and gastronomic events featuring top chefs from around the Balearic Islands.
The company behind this new gastro project – the first of its kind in the Balearics – is Frialsa, a leader in quality meat and produce distribution for more than 30 years.
If you’re looking for great beef in all its forms and guises, you’ll find it here. With long years in the trade, the team at Mos import the best cuts from a great variety of cattle breeds and origins in Spain and further afield, such as Angus beef, Hereford sirloin and Waygu sirloin.
Those with adventurous tastes can discover exotic meats from around the world including ostrich steak, camel and crocodile sirloin, fillet of bison and frog legs.
