It’s been a good summer for new restaurants, with several excellent establishments ready to welcome diners. The beachfront Bite Restaurant & Lounge in Portixol offers cocktails and Igor Rodriguez Sanz’s cuisine, made with LoveEat organic farm’s seasonal produce.
In Puerto Portals, the contemporary Lucy Wang offers innovative Japanese cuisine with a French twist – the trademark of the brand – prepared here by executive chef Klaus Brunmayr (formerly of Tristán).
Nearby, Lila Portals Beach Restaurant & Bar is open all day from noon for drinks, and for lunch and dinner. Lila’s chef, Jens Bräuning, was previously executive chef at the Dorint in Camp de Mar.
