About NURU Restaurant
NURU started in Santa Catalina in 2015 and has been popular since the word go. This fresh, inventive eaterie is the perfect complement to Palma’s most vibrant, trend-setting area, a quarter which has undergone substantial gentrification while holding on to its soul.
The stylish interior is hung with original paintings by Hollywood actor and painter Jordi Mollà (a friend of the patron of the restaurant) adding colour and verve to the simple, minimalistic décor. Upstairs you’ll find a romantic dining area perfect for large groups and private functions, opening out onto a terrace, while downstairs offers glimpses of the action in the open kitchen.
Expect plenty of delectable Asian fusion flavours, textures and colours prepared by gourmet chef Chus, featuring seasonal and locally sourced ingredients, accompanied by a good selection of wines.
