Ombú Restaurant is a project developed by the celebrated restaurant group who also own the famous Forn Sant Joan restaurant.
Located right in the heart of Palma at the end of Borne, they specialise in innovative tapas, but with a distinct and exquisite touch!
OMBÚ is global concept which unifies gastronomy to a form of understanding life. And what does OMBÚ mean? This is the name of the centenary tree found in Plaza de la Reina, just in front of the restaurant.
Ombú brings you an entertaining way of enjoying eating and you feel like a special guest of the restaurant. There is no place for boredom, sadness or loneliness, only a place for smiles and good company to enjoy an unforgettable time in Palma.
Discover, taste, share and laugh!
This exclusive restaurant specialises in high quality and select tapas.
Within their wide tapas selection you can find a delicious steak tartar with truffle, foie and sherry mayonnaise, an octopus carpaccio with Thai foam, or some traditional Spanish scrambled eggs with Iberian ham. Oh!, and vegetarians can look forward to an excellent choice of food at Ombú. Maybe you can opt for some zucchini flowers in tempura with romero sauce, some patatas bravas with sobrasada foam.
Ombú also has a private dinner ‘Incògnit lounge‘ with a capacity for a maximum of 10 people. To dine at this exclusive private lounge, you will need to book in advance.
The restaurant also offers two differing group menus for large parties. Both of these menus include different tapas to share such as grilled Iberian pork, delicious desserts, wines, and water and coffee.
At Ombú, you can reserve your table via their online system, or by giving them a call. Remember that, at least if you’re booking online, reservations can only be made for that same day or for the next 2 days.
