From Tuesday 8th until Monday 28th August 2017, Boutique Hotel Ca’s Xorc becomes Mallorca’s place to be in a gastronomic event led by chef Guillermo Igarza.

Every day at lunch time tradition and innovation come together to offer a unique gourmet experience. Ca’s Xorc’s headchef Guillermo Igarza and his team dive into infinite possibilities, combinations and variations to show guests the thousand facets of rice dishes, their flavours and textures.
It’s an event that’s about much more than paella. Visitors enjoy a daily 39€ menu that includes a starter, drink, main course – that of course will be a paella or rice dish to choose from three different dishes – and an exceptional dessert: a citrus fruit sorbet made with fruits from Sóller. In addition to the daily menu, there are five different rice dishes to choose from when dining à la carte, and these change every day.
Ca’s Xorc’s chef and his talented team will be offering some of the classic paellas such as Valencian paella, ‘Abanda’ rice, rice with crust and baked rice. But they will also be offering some innovative and amazing new rice dishes such as tender fideuá with duck confit and chicken; lobster rice; and monkfish rice with artichokes among many other recipes to surprise and delight the guests.
