Villa Coral is situated on a cliff above the gorgeous Cala Llamp. Secluded behind private gates the property is surrounded by a variety of palms, climbing flowers and succulents; the beautiful plantings of a Mediterranean garden. Just minutes from the buzzing fishing village of Port d’Andratx and a mere 20 minutes to the island’s capital, Palma, the location is wonderful for those interested in Spanish living with all the amenities of home.
Overview of the villa
The villa rests perched above the sea. Decorated in a restrained palette with tasteful contemporary decor throughout the 5 bedroom property, the blue sky and sparkling water are the backdrop.The house is built in the Spanish colonial revival style and living spaces open to the terrace colonnade. Elements of wood, traditional tiles, and vaulted beamed ceilings reference the local architecture, with modern accoutrements for 21st century living. For a family holiday or a group of friends with diverse interests, there is everything on offer just a few minutes away. However, you may not wish to leave the gates!
With the appointment of a hotel, the villa has five double bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms which sleep 10 comfortably. The beds are dressed in crisp linens and at night you can hear the birds settling in the garden. There is air conditioning throughout the house for the heat of summer. The bedrooms have been planned carefully, with views of the sea and garden, and large sliding glass walls open for catching sea breezes during an afternoon siesta.
Villa Coral´s living areas open to the terrace with glass walls that slide wide, interior and exterior living is seamless. The vaulted restored wood beam ceilings create a spacious airy feeling. Seating areas with chic cozy couches by a fireplace are perfect for curling up with a summer read. There is a bedroom with an ensuite bathroom on this level. In the modern chef´s kitchen are all the amenities, and a private chef is available should you want to try some authentic Mallorcan gastronomy. There is dining space for 10 inside, or outside on the terrace.
On the lower floor are 4 gorgeous bedrooms with private ensuite bathrooms.
The terrace acts as an extension of the house, with a lounge and an outdoor dining area looking out over the glimmering pool and the sea and sky beyond. The pool has chaise longues for sun lovers and umbrella for those who prefer shade. The gardens are lush and green surrounding the villa in the off season, and arid and geometric succulents abound in the summer months.

In Mallorca, we live outside all year. Villa Coral has ample space outside for experiencing a taste of our Mediterranean lifestyle. Dinners on the terrace watching the sunset and stars come out, lounging on the outdoor couches sipping a cocktail, and going for a morning swim in the pool to refresh, are part of the experience.

The villa is located 45 km from the airport and 2 km from the nearest beach. There is parking on the premises.
