About Randemar Restaurant
When walking through the Port de Soller it is hard to miss this beautiful Mallorcan home built in the 1940s. After 50 years as a private residence it was purchased by the Oliver family to establish Randemar Restaurante. After 22 years in business, Toni, the owner had created an ambiance rare to find on the island.
While mixing an eclectic style with a beautiful outdoor garden terrace Randemar has become one of the hottest spots in Mallorca to dine. With a large chill out area of sofas it is also perfect to watch the sunset and listen to live music before dining.
Cuisine served at Randemar
Randemar’s kitchen is headed by Aleix Viada a Barcelona native that has been creating dishes there for 10 years. Toni with his passion for travel and fine cuisine and Aleix with his knowledge of the culinary arts and innovation they make a team hard to match.
Some of the most sought out dishes are their seabass peruvian style ceviche with a corn purée and mango, the Iberic pork “secreto” with braised potatoes and a truffled goat cheese sauce, wild Mediterranean seabass served with a black olive tapenade and seasonal sautéed vegetables , and the home made cheesecake with tropical guava mousse.
Open for the season from early March until the beginning of November.
The kitchen at Randemar is open from 12:00 – 00:00 every day of the week.
Reservations are highly recommended as the restaurant is very popular during high season.
