About Restaurante Bruno
The former director of the famous Flanigan’s restaurant in Puerto Portals for over 11 years, decided to branch out on his own and open Restaurante Bruno, a frontline restaurant and bar in Port Adriano. With a focus on offering clients an authentic, gourmet experience, the food and wine at Bruno’s is carefully sourced from small farms, many of which are local.
The large indoor and out space opens up onto the marina of the lively Port Adriano, filled with mega-yachts and high-end stores. Comfortable couches to lounge on are great for morning coffee or an aperitif. Restaurante Bruno is open Monday through Sunday from 9:00- when it serves coffee and pastries, to 23:30 in the evening, though Bar Bruno’s is often open later.
What’s on the menu
Restaurante Bruno features a Spanish-Mediterranean inspired menu that favours fresh fish, shellfish, and local produce, including olive oil.
The large menu includes dishes to share, such as shellfish croquetas and grilled calamari, starters such as lobster salad and tomato and avocado tartar, pasta dishes such as paella and Spaghetti frutti di Mare. The menu has several vegetarian, meat and fish options including grilled sea bass, grilled octopus, slow-cooked lamb and duck confit. A cheese plate and extra sides plus a kid’s menu makes it complete.
There is always one daily special as well. Have a look at the wine list which has many Mallorcan and Spanish wines.
Located in Port Adriano
The super-yacht marina of Port Adriano was designed by renowned French architect Philippe Starck and opened in 2012. Because of its location right on the marina, Restaurante and Bar Bruno’s welcomes a mix of clients that include local Mallorcans, yachters in for the day, golfers from the nearby courses, and tourists visiting Port Adriano.
Come to eat or to enjoy sunset cocktails, Spanish cuisine or after dinner drinks. Every Thursday in the summer months they feature live music as well.
