Taking on board lots of great feedback we received from readers, we have implemented recommendations such as including tips from locals about their favourite eateries (page 14), and the inclusion of finca hotels (page 132 onwards).

We meet Peter Vickers, an Englishman who creates the most deliciously flavoured home-made Belgian chocolates at his shop That Sweet Temptation.
