Overview of the villa
Villa Reina is a grand Spanish colonial revival with columns and an atrium. Marble floors spill from the foyer to the open plan living areas and lofty vaulted ceilings are a throwback to traditional Iberian houses of the 19th century. Large windows and doors open out to the shimmering blue pool and landscaped surrounding grounds. The decor is contemporary, and the villa is equipped thoughtfully with every amenity necessary for modern living.
Villa accommodation
The four contemporary, breezy bedrooms of the main house have mint marble ensuite bathrooms and views over the breezy surrounding gardens. A separate apartment offers a lovely bedroom with ensuite bathroom perfect for staff or family. The capacious property accommodates 10 comfortably. The house was built with families in mind and the property has been thoughtfully made child-friendly inside and out.
Ground floor
The ground floor foyer opens into the elegant living room with an atrium and kitchen. A refined palette of dark wood, greys, and cream are consistent in the interior. On this level there is a contemporary office, state of the art kitchen for a private chef to prepare local seafood and traditional fare, and a cozy tv room. The handsome master bedroom has separate dressing rooms, jacuzzi bath and ensuite bathroom.
Upper floor
The upper floor has three well-appointed large double bedrooms with private wrought iron balconies. The details are obliging; crisp linens on the bed and plush towels in the ensuite bathrooms.
Apartment
Separate from the main house is a modern, lovely apartment with an ensuite bathroom.
Exterior facilities
The grounds of the property have manicures green lawns flanking the large pool. There are chaises longues for repose in the sun or catching up on reading under an umbrella. The patio has a large portico with dining al fresco for 8.

Outside living areas
In Mallorca, we live a plein air in the summertime. Just when the heat of the day seems unrelenting, the stars come out and cool sea breezes blow in. Dinners on the terrace most of the year are part of living in the Mediterranean. Villa Reina´s grand portico means you have wonderful outdoor space for dinners al fresco and games after, all year round. The pool is viewable from the terrace and atrium so kids can play while you relax in the shade.

The world-class city of Palma is a 15 minutes drive from the villa´s gates and the international airport 25 minutes by car. Villa reina is just a short 5 minute drive from the beach and amenities.
