This Mallorcan country house is located on the edge of the northern village of Selva. Its elevated position provides outstanding views of the Serra de Tramuntana and the Mallorcan countryside. On a clear day you can see all the way to the bay of Alcúdia. During its renovation in 2007 the owners retained nearly all of the large orchards, and still grow their own fresh fruit, including figs and almonds.
They host tasting events featuring all the products that are made using their produce, where you can either simply enjoy sampling what’s on offer, or purchase a little piece of Mallorca to take back home. The restaurant focuses mainly on traditional Mallorcan dishes, which are prepared using their own produce. It also hosts a popular themed dinner every week.
All 8 bedrooms are decorated using antique style furniture, maintaining the traditional Mallorcan feel whilst providing modern luxury. Every room gives you views of the Serra de Tramuntana, and the bigger rooms also provide a private terrace, perfect for soaking up the Mediterranean sun.
We Love… Breakfast on the terrace.
Why you should stay here… To get back to nature without compromising on luxury.
Good to Know… Selva market starts every Monday at 08:00h, and is a mix of traditional produce and clothing.
