The combination of many elements makes Son Bleda such a special hotel. Dating back to the 11th century, with major extensions performed in the 17th century, the buildings are full of historical character. Its unique location on top of one of the mountains affords exceptional views of both the surrounding Serra de Tramuntana and the Mediterranean Sea.
Each of the 12 suites is named after a town, city, or village on the island, and decorated to reflect the individual character of its namesake. You will discover lots of antique furniture throughout the hotel, most of which was collected by the current owners while carrying out the painstaking eight-year restoration.
The elevated views are equally stunning from the pool area and the garden restaurant. If you can drag yourself away from the hotel, then the popular towns of Sóller and Deià are just a short drive away, and offer shopping, restaurants, and plenty of local attractions.
We Love…the amazing sunsets from the terrace.
Why you should stay here…for the atmosphere and breathtaking views.
Good to Know. The garden restaurant hosts weekly themed events on the terrace, such as a paella night, and a BBQ evening.
