About Sumailla Restaurant
The first-line restaurant in Port d’Andratx opened this summer and has already won many fans for its Japanese and the Japanese/Peruvian fusion cuisine, which is currently one of the world’s hot gastronomic trends. Eat indoors, where the décor is smart minimalist (courtesy of architect Jaime Garcia Ruiz), or on the al fresco terrace right on the waterfront, with lovely views of the port.
Sumailla also has a smart bar with high stools for clients who want to enjoy one of their cocktails.
Executive sushi chef Mauricio Farinola previously worked at Lucy Wang and Tahini in Puerto Portals and is known as one of the best sushi chefs on Mallorca.
For Toni Vera, whose career has previously been in the world of culture, the restaurant is his first project in gastronomy.

Sumailla offers a lunchtime sharing menu for two people of five dishes, at an affordable price (excluding drinks).
