Owners Fanny Fiolleau and chef David Hidalgo, along with a couple of friends, have combined their culinary tastes, extensive travels and gastronomic experiences to create Tan a Gustito Tapas, a restaurant that features an enticing menu focused on tapas and full or half portion plates for sharing.
Located in Magaluf, Tan a Gustito Tapas adds a much needed creative culinary option in this popular resort town. The name, Tan a Gustito Tapas implies a state of feeling good, or of wellbeing and that is what comes through in the cheerful interior filled with wood tables, hanging lights, and Andalusian ceramic tiled flooring. The restaurant welcomes local guests and visitors for lunch, brunch, dinner, and drinks all year long.
Everything is homemade
The menu at Tan a Gustito Tapas turns around sharing- from tapas, full or half portion plates. Using fresh and local produce, everything, from the bread to desserts is homemade and healthy. Spanish and Mallorcan inspired dishes are met with international flavours and influences, such as the gambas ceviche done Ecuadorian style, steak tartar, codfish tempura, sobrasada croquets with aioli and honey, a “tataki” of Iberian pork with Mallorcan citrus, soja and ginger, and a homemade pasta with pesto that has quickly becomes a customer favourite.

Tan a Gustito Tapas has a wide selection of fresh, homemade detox juices and smoothies. Energize with a blend of cucumber, celery, lemon and ginger, or feel “powerful” with a mix of celery, carrot, ginger, pineapple and lime. If you want something stronger than a juice, not to worry. From a negroni to a dry martini, Tan a Gustito Tapas has a speciality cocktail menu that should satisfy. In addition, you will find a large selection of Mallorcan and international wines and French champagnes. Tan a Gustito Tapas is open from midday to midnight, Monday thru Saturday in the main season. Closed Monday and Tuesday during the winter.
